Project Manager (Infrastructure, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves leading and supporting major infrastructure projects within a new global department focused on project management and delivery excellence. The Project Manager will work collaboratively in an international environment to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in engineering (civil engineering preferred) or equivalent senior project delivery experience.
• 5-10 years of experience managing large scale, complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, technical, and operational challenges in infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication skills with professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute delivery strategies for large infrastructure projects, balancing cost, schedule, risk, quality, and sustainability.
• Lead project management, design, and commercial functions from planning to delivery and handover.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to position the organization as a preferred partner.
• Contribute to project proposals, including bid strategy, budgeting, and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure effective teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Develop PMD capabilities and continuously improve delivery standards.
