Project Engineer (Process Industries, Søborg)

Job summary

This role involves executing customer-specific projects within the process industries, including pharmaceutical, dairy, food, and utility applications, in a multicultural project environment. You will work closely with experienced Project Managers and Engineers, supporting technical project execution from engineering to commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Interest in technical project execution within the process, food, dairy, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of customer projects, ensuring documentation and deliverables are ready for each project phase.
• Develop, maintain, and verify technical documentation such as P&IDs, General Arrangements, and Equipment Lists.
• Assist in design reviews and contribute to Impact Assessments for design changes or scope adjustments.
• Specify, order, and follow up on process equipment and utility systems in collaboration with Procurement and suppliers.
• Prepare and maintain Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) request lists and support FAT execution.
• Provide technical input for Contract Variation Orders (CVOs) and coordinate equipment delivery.
• Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including testing and troubleshooting.

• Strong ownership and attention to quality, safety, and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and cultures in an international setting.

Education

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.

Tools

• Familiarity with technical documentation and engineering deliverables, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and validation activities is advantageous.
