Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and coordination of project communications, tracking milestones and decisions.
• Manage logistics for portfolio activities, including scheduling meetings and coordinating workshops.
• Contribute to the preparation of project reports and visual performance updates.
• Support all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to governance.
• Help prepare materials for governance documentation and compliance deliverables.
• Create internal communication materials and assist with stakeholder presentations.
• Provide general administrative support to the department, including documentation management.
