Product Specialist (Technical Support, Hybrid)

Job summary

This role involves comprehensive product expertise throughout the customer journey, from presales support to implementation and ongoing technical assistance. The position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure successful customer deployments of an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution, available in both cloud and on-premises formats.

Qualifications

• Experience in a product specialist, implementation consultant, or similar technical role
• Strong understanding of IGA concepts, including joiner/mover/leaver, provisioning, governance, and compliance
• Broad knowledge of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) landscape
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft environments, including Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Hands-on experience with IGA or IAM solution installation and configuration
• Experience in 2nd or 3rd level technical support in an enterprise software context
• Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills
• Proficiency in English and a native language (Danish or Swedish); German is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with customers to gather requirements and design solutions
• Support installation and configuration of the IGA solution
• Manage escalated support cases as a senior point of contact for complex issues
• Maintain deep expertise in the IGA solution, including its capabilities and roadmap
• Assist sales and presales with product insights and technical content
• Gather customer and market feedback to inform product development
• Act as a product expert at webinars and customer meetings
• Provide well-structured product descriptions for tenders

Skills

• Strong workshop facilitation and customer-facing communication
• Ability to translate complex product capabilities into business-relevant language
• Experience with both cloud and on-prem environments

Education

• Relevant technical background or degree preferred
