Product Owner - Talent & Performance (HR Digitalisation, Hybrid)

Job summary

The role involves leading the global talent technology landscape, focusing on Recruitment, Performance, Learning, and Talent Management within a digital HR environment. The Product Owner will shape the digital product vision and roadmap, integrating AI capabilities to enhance HR processes and user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in HR Technology, HR Digitalisation, or HR systems implementation within global organizations.
• Previous roles as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, or Lead Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the global digital roadmap for Talent, Recruitment, Performance, and Learning.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of AI-driven talent intelligence capabilities.
• Collaborate with Global HR Centers of Excellence to align technology with strategic talent priorities.
• Expand technology usage to new countries and business areas.
• Develop and manage an agile team, prioritizing the product backlog in a sprint-based delivery setup.
• Ensure a seamless user experience across platforms.
• Drive a “Global First” design approach with standardized templates.
• Continuously improve processes based on insights and feedback.
• Support organizational adoption through training and enablement initiatives.

Skills

• Functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in Recruitment, Learning, and Performance & Goals.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning applications in HR.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to build relationships across functions and cultures.

Education

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.

Tools

• SAP SuccessFactors, AI Talent Intelligence platform.
