Product Owner / Product Manager (Insurance, Remote/Nordics)

Job summary

This role involves leading the development and enhancement of a mobile app that serves as a primary interface for customers managing their insurance policies across Nordic markets. The Product Owner/Product Manager will be responsible for shaping the app experience to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, particularly in mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of user insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in product management.

Responsibilities

• Own the app's customer journey from onboarding to claims and retention.
• Define and implement a product strategy that aligns customer needs with business goals.
• Drive improvements in user activation, app usage frequency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Conduct A/B testing and data-driven discovery to validate new features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, Engineering, and Data to deliver cohesive app experiences.
