Product Manager (Software Intelligence)

Job summary

This role involves managing the day-to-day product activities for a SaaS Management platform, contributing to the overall Software Intelligence vision. The position requires close collaboration with enterprise customers and partners to shape product direction and involves hands-on product development, particularly in the context of AI-enabled features.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SaaS Management, IT Asset Management (ITAM), or Software Asset Management (SAM) software.
• Customer-facing product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong product intuition and creative problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to prototyping.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with C-level executives, sales teams, and engineering.
• Familiarity with asset management platforms and their use cases.

Responsibilities

• Drive the prioritization and roadmap for the SaaS Management platform and contribute to the broader Software Intelligence portfolio.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, and go-to-market teams.
• Define success metrics and create ROI narratives for IT leaders and decision-makers.
• Explore and validate features through rapid prototyping and experimentation.
