Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of product management experience in a technology-focused environment; experience in logistics, supply chain, or maritime sectors is highly beneficial.
  • Proven track record of managing complex data products from inception to delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with event data and define metrics.
  • Experience in large, matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to various audiences.
  • Familiarity with logistics event-driven architectures and data integration is advantageous.
  • Proficient in agile methodologies and modern product management tools.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the tracking platform.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Lead discovery and delivery cycles for product enhancements, utilizing data-driven experimentation.
  • Ensure reliable data flows for container events across various systems.
  • Monitor product KPIs and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product goals and remove obstacles.
  • Manage communication with senior leadership, providing updates and escalating risks as necessary.
  • Drive integration requirements with internal and external applications.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and user-centricity within the product team.
