Product Manager (Healthcare SaaS, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves managing the development of clinical audiology software, focusing on integrating AI as a foundational element. The Product Manager will oversee the product lifecycle from definition to delivery, ensuring it meets the needs of clinicians and complies with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in B2B SaaS product management with a proven record of delivering successful products.
• Strong skills in customer engagement, including discovery, prototyping, and validation.
• Excellent writing abilities for creating roadmaps, product briefs, and regulatory documentation.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in product development.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate product scope across various clinical audiology applications, including EHR integrations and standalone solutions.
• Engage with clinicians and stakeholders to gather insights and validate product concepts.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and prioritize features.
• Work with Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance and proper classification of medical devices.
• Foster partnerships with clinical subject matter experts to align product development with real-world clinical needs.
