Job summary

The role involves leading the Product Management team for Tubes & Fittings, focusing on developing a global strategy and driving sales growth across various markets including Europe, the US, China, and India.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in an international B2B environment, ideally with transactional products.
  • Background in strategic sales, commercial business development, or product management with strong customer interaction.
  • Proven experience in managing international teams and a strong ambition for team growth.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end business models based on customer insights for deployment in key markets.
  • Identify and implement key areas necessary for successful business execution, including supply chain and digital marketing.
  • Gather market insights on portfolio needs, pricing, and lead times to inform supply and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Global Sales team to drive growth of the Tubes & Fittings portfolio.
  • Ensure appropriate partner and distribution management for market coverage.
  • Lead the team to focus on strategic priorities and drive the Tubes & Fittings agenda across the organization.

Skills

  • Strong commercial drive and ability to ensure organizational success in product offerings.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with Pymetrics assessments and other analytical tools for team and candidate evaluation.
