Product Industrialization Manager

Job summary

The role involves overseeing the industrialization of products from concept to production, ensuring readiness for manufacturing and smooth ramp-ups. You will work closely with R&D, Operations, Quality, and external partners to facilitate successful product launches.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with experience in NPI/industrialization project management, particularly in electronics or electromechanical products.
• Strong knowledge of DFx, manufacturing, quality, and risk management throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ability to think systemically, balancing technical, operational, quality, and business needs.
• Ownership and accountability in ensuring readiness and risk mitigation for product launches.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to align teams and partners.
• Adaptable and focused on continuous improvement in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrialization efforts throughout the NPI lifecycle to ensure manufacturing readiness.
• Act as the primary liaison between Development, Operations, Quality, and external partners.
• Drive DFx activities to enhance manufacturability, testability, scalability, quality, cost, and serviceability from early design stages.
• Define and implement manufacturing and testing concepts in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure production readiness through documentation, build support, and ongoing improvements.
