Product Expert (Marine Solutions)

Job summary

The role involves providing technical product support for Fresh Water Generators within the Marine Solutions sector, focusing on enhancing customer experience and service efficiency.

Qualifications

• University degree in mechanical, electrical, marine engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a relevant technical area.
• Expert knowledge of desalination systems and/or heat transfer products.
• Familiarity with vessel engine rooms, marine water production systems, and energy efficiency.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical inquiries and support service development managers.
• Consult on Engineering Product Development (EPD) and New Product Development (NPD) projects.
• Document solutions for automation and mechanical issues.
• Prepare and maintain service bulletins and product documentation.
• Support training initiatives for employees and partners, including hands-on training for service engineers.
• Assist in developing repair methods and technical instructions.
• Address and resolve customer claims.
