This position is for a Product Director responsible for leading a team focused on digital consumer engagement products. The role involves creating user-centric digital experiences for a diverse audience, including children and families.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a product leader with a track record of enhancing user experience and driving growth.
  • Experience in coaching and developing product managers within a diverse and inclusive team environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate a clear product vision and strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across technical, design, and business teams.
  • Experience in managing change and navigating conflicts professionally, supported by data-driven insights.
  • Deep understanding of user needs and experience working with user researchers.
  • Knowledge of brand building and digital marketing fundamentals, with experience in developing business cases.
  • Familiarity with mobile applications or eCommerce marketplaces.
  • Technical curiosity, with a good understanding of software development practices; experience with AI is a plus.
