Product Designer (Remote)

Job summary

This role is for a founding Product Designer at a seed-stage AI SaaS company focused on automating office work for home-service businesses. The position involves shaping the product from the ground up and requires high ownership in design processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Experience in early-stage startups is essential.
• Proven ability to develop products from inception to launch.
• Experience conducting customer interviews to inform design decisions.
• Proficient in Figma; familiarity with AI prototyping tools (Lovable, Cursor) or Webflow is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of React/TypeScript; ability to prototype in code is a plus.
• Strong focus on creating beautiful and intuitive user interfaces.
• Low ego and high ownership, thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Recent graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

• Lead the design process from initial concepts to final UI.
• Rapidly prototype using Figma and AI tools, coding when necessary.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on a React/TypeScript frontend.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and translate them into design solutions.
• Simplify complex interfaces to enhance user experience.
• Provide design support for various business needs, including marketing materials.
• Salary range: $100,000 – $180,000 USD annually.

• Fully remote position, ideally within a European time zone or US East Coast.
