Product Designer (On-site, Copenhagen, Aarhus, or Oslo)

Job summary

The role involves working as a Product Designer focused on Case Management and Web Engagement, collaborating closely with a Product Manager and Tech Lead to drive customer and business outcomes through data-led design.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing complex workflows, dashboards, or multi-role enterprise systems, with a portfolio demonstrating the design process from discovery to delivery.
• Strong design instincts and an analytical mindset, capable of defining metrics and using data to inform design decisions.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools, including AI-assisted workflows.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles to effectively collaborate with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product-level success metrics, ensuring designs are instrumented for measurement from the outset.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate design intent into developer-ready specifications.
• Utilize AI tools in design processes and partner with the AI Hub to create AI-powered features.
• Conduct usability studies and facilitate design workshops to gather insights and improve user experiences.
• Act as the design lead for the Case Management product area, contributing to vision and strategy.

Skills

• Strong functional design instincts, analytical thinking, and experience with product analytics tools.
• Active use of AI in design practice and understanding of accessibility standards.

Education

• 5+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.

Tools

• Figma, AI-assisted design tools, product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
