Job summary

This role involves leading transformation projects focused on enhancing customer communication processes within a global aviation context. The Process & Performance Manager will support the Material Management Industrialisation Platform (MMIP) initiative, aiming to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Product Management or Project Management roles.
• Background in customer service organizations is preferred.
• Ability to manage resources, develop timelines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong digital mindset to facilitate digital growth initiatives.
• Proven capability to drive change and communicate effectively in complex, international settings.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with proficiency in English.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MMIP workstream, facilitating actions to enhance customer communication.
• Transform and evolve key communication processes with a customer-first approach.
• Manage stakeholder communication and alignment across global regions, including external customers.
• Promote an End-to-End (E2E) mindset to reduce process variance in communication.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Act as a liaison between various teams to ensure cohesive efforts.
