Principal Technical Program Manager

Job summary

The role involves leading strategic programs focused on digital sovereignty and European sovereign cloud initiatives. The Principal Technical Program Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to drive technical workstreams and ensure alignment with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with a Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in project management, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
• Familiarity with digital sovereignty, European data regulations, and compliance certifications (e.g., GDPR).
• Experience in developing strategies that influence organizational leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual strategic plans to align cross-functional teams towards business goals.
• Identify gaps and opportunities across various organizations and architectures.
• Lead global programs and coordinate efforts among diverse teams, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
• Define measurable goals and success metrics aligned with customer needs.
• Manage risks and bottlenecks while balancing business and technical requirements.
