Job summary

An opportunity exists for a motivated student worker to support the Project and Portfolio Management team in enhancing data-driven portfolio management processes. The role involves working with Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI to develop and maintain portfolio management tools and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an educational institution as a student worker.
• Strong IT skills across the Microsoft suite, particularly in Power Apps, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
• Proficient in data visualization and analytical tasks.
• Master’s level student or final year bachelor’s degree in a business-related field such as Business Administration or Analytics.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and improving Microsoft Power App-based portfolio management tools.
• Maintain and operate Power BI dashboards for portfolio and business performance management.
• Support the operations of portfolio out-of-pocket spending reports in collaboration with Finance.
• Analyze portfolio and project data to provide insights.
• Offer general support for various ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Skills

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data analysis.
• Ability to use Power BI, including Query Editor and basic DAX calculations.
• Confidence in working with Power Apps and related Microsoft tools.

Education

• Enrollment in a relevant educational program is required.
