  • Ensure smooth daily operations from opening to closing
  • Create memorable guest experiences throughout the year
  • Develop and manage events across pool, rooftop, and wellness areas
  • Drive revenue through strategic planning and upselling
  • Maintain high service quality in all areas
  • Collaborate with other departments for events and activations
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and cost control
  • Be actively present and hands-on in daily operations
