Seeking an ambitious and energetic Restaurant Manager for multiple locations in Copenhagen. This role involves close collaboration with the Assistant Restaurant Manager and Area Manager to achieve strong results for both guests and the team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong motivation and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
  • Lead the Assistant Restaurant Manager in daily operations, structure, and goal tracking.
  • Train, coach, and develop the team, particularly new staff members.
  • Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling.
  • Ensure proper production flow, hygiene, self-control, and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and daily tracking of key metrics.
  • Act as a role model on the floor, demonstrating energy and oversight.

Skills

  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to be a clear role model.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and clear communication.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and motivate others to achieve results.

Education

  • Experience in service or restaurant management is preferred but not required.

Tools

  • Training and hands-on guidance provided by the Area Manager in key operational areas.
