We’re looking for someone who can bring a fresh, commercially minded approach to content and communications - equally comfortable shaping ideas and executing, and who takes ownership for both output and impact. You’ll play a key role in bringing Playable’s story to life through content and communications that engage our audience and drive commercial impact.
This is a role for someone who wants to make a tangible difference in how a growing SaaS company communicates, engages, and converts its audience.
The RoleYou will be responsible for the planning, development, and execution of high-impact marketing communications and content that underpin our demand generation strategy and support our growth ambitions.
This is a hands-on role within a commercially focused, data-led B2B marketing team. You’ll be adept at balancing creativity with execution, and ideas with outcomes - ensuring that content and communications are not only engaging, but also aligned to funnel engagement and revenue goals.
You’ll have the opportunity to evolve and shape how we approach content and communications as a business, bringing structure, clarity, and fresh thinking to how we show up across channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve our content strategy, ensuring alignment to demand generation and commercial objectives
Develop a clear understanding of our ICP and buyer journeys, aligning content to each stage
Own the editorial calendar across content, comms and channels; planning and prioritising for impact
Ideate and develop key content themes in collaboration with Leadership, Sales, Customer and Product teams
Produce high-quality thought leadership and campaign content (guides, articles, messaging, ad copy, scripts, etc.)
Lead and develop our social media approach to drive engagement and demand
Own and optimise website content and messaging, with a focus on clarity, SEO & AI-search impact and conversion
Support content development for webinars, events, and sales enablement materials
Manage external resources (freelancers, agencies) to deliver content efficiently and to a high standard
Own business-level customer comms; newsletters, webinars and product comms.
Manage case study program; planning, development and delivery to support new business.
Lead the development and execution of our G2 program to drive reviews and market credibility
Measure and track content performance, using insight to optimise effectiveness
Proactively identify opportunities to improve, repurpose, and increase content impact across channels
Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and quality across all communications
Your profile
You have 3-5 years of B2B content marketing or marketing communications
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Understanding of how content supports demand generation and B2B buyer journey,
Ability to balance creativity with a structured, organised approach to execution
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
You’ve got knowledge or working experience of using Wordpress, webinar management tools or Hubspot is useful.
Full professional proficiency in English (written and oral)
An interest in the marketing technology landscape is a plus.
