Qualifications

• Valid license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Attend and contribute to patient care meetings as a representative of physical therapy.
• Adhere to treatment schedules and maintain timely clinical and billing documentation.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to implement patient-specific programs and activities.
• Assist the Physical Therapist during tests, evaluations, and complex procedures.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in physical therapy techniques under supervision.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all patients treated.
• Clean and maintain therapy equipment, reporting any repair needs.
• Ensure high-quality service in a compassionate atmosphere that respects individual needs.
• Implement individualized treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist.
