Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People Analytics Partner for Commercial and Regional stakeholders, managing the full cycle from problem framing to insight delivery.
• Develop and enhance core products for the People Leadership Team, including performance reviews and analytics scorecards.
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making through detailed analysis and reporting, while consulting on data solutions and automation.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient delivery and improvement of data models and tools.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, focusing on high-impact priorities.
• Contribute to team initiatives and enhance people analytics capabilities.
