Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People Analytics Partner for Commercial and Regional stakeholders, managing the full cycle from problem framing to insight delivery.
• Deliver and enhance core products for the People Leadership Team, including Operational Performance Reviews, Monthly Performance Reviews, scorecards, and succession heat maps.
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making through analysis, reporting, and consulting on data solutions.
• Collaborate with the developer team to ensure quality delivery and improvement of data models and tools.
• Build trusted relationships with People Leadership Team members while focusing on high-impact priorities.
• Contribute to team initiatives and the development of people analytics capabilities.
