  • Expert knowledge of payroll legislation in Denmark.
  • Proven experience in payroll implementation.
  • Strong communication skills for client interactions.
  • Proficient in Intega payroll software and local payroll tools such as SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international work setting.
  • Experience in accounting and reconciliations.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for payroll in the Nordics.
  • Participate in sales calls and client hand-over meetings.
  • Lead the planning and execution of payroll implementation projects.
  • Ensure timely delivery and maintain project documentation.
  • Develop standardized payroll processes and project plans.
  • Provide ongoing support during and after implementation.
  • Mentor and support Payroll Generalists.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the payroll platform.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Proficient in project management and process improvement.
  • Ability to work asynchronously and adapt to changing environments.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in payroll or HR management is preferred.

Tools
