  • Ability to communicate complex IP issues effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Open and adaptable mindset with a willingness to embrace change.
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Harvest inventions and draft, file, and prosecute patent applications.
  • Conduct freedom-to-operate analyses to support R&D and commercialization efforts.
  • Advise R&D teams on collaborations, projects, and innovation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen IP positions.
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of IP processes.

Skills

  • Experience with IP in biosolutions or related fields is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and data-driven methodologies is a plus.
  • Formal qualifications such as EQE or similar are beneficial, or a willingness to pursue them.

Education

  • Degree in natural sciences or a related discipline.

Tools

  • Proficiency in digital tools relevant to IP management and analysis.
