Marketing Project Manager – Copenhagen

Pas Normal Studios is looking for a structured and proactive Marketing Project Manager to strengthen the execution of marketing initiatives across the team.
This role works across Creative, Brand Communications, Digital, and Activation — stepping into projects where additional ownership, coordination, and structure are needed to ensure high-quality delivery.
You will play a key role in improving how we plan, prioritize, and execute, helping the team move faster and with greater clarity.
 
Key Responsibilities
Project Ownership & Execution

• Take ownership of selected marketing initiatives, driving them from planning through to delivery
• Buildclear timelines, define deliverables, and ensure alignment across teams
• Maintain momentum across projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work across Creative, Brand Communications, Digital, and Activation teams
• Step into ongoing projects to provide structure, coordination, and clarity
• Align      stakeholders and ensure clear roles and responsibilities across Initiatives

Planning & Structure

• Support the development of more structured ways of working across marketing
• Ensure key milestones, dependencies, and priorities are clearly defined and followed
• Identify risks and bottlenecks early, and proactively solve them

Operational Support

• Support coordination of ambassador initiatives, product seeding, and activations when relevant
• Assist in planning and execution of marketing initiatives across markets and channels

Budget & Resource Awareness

• Support tracking of budgets and resource allocation across projects
• Ensure alignment between planned activities and execution

 
Qualifications

• Experience in project management within a marketing, brand, or creative environment
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Comfortable  working across multiple teams and managing different types of projects
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to take ownership where needed
• Strong communication skills with the ability to create clarity and alignment
• Experience with tools like Asana (or similar) is a plus
• Interest in cycling, sports, or lifestyle brands is an advantage
