Offshore Solutions Product Lead

Job summary

This role involves leading the development and introduction of offshore wind turbine offerings, focusing on product management and technical project management within the offshore solutions team. The position is based in Aarhus, Denmark, and requires collaboration across various regions including America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
• Significant experience in product development, technical project management, or product management
• Familiarity with stage-gate development and system engineering processes
• Preferred experience in the wind industry or large international companies with complex product development
• Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Consolidate market use cases and formalize product requirements
• Ensure alignment and manage trade-offs between different modules
• Direct the scope and technical delivery of product development initiatives
• Conduct technical reviews at the product level
• Manage product-level risks and their implications on commercial projects
• Oversee product verification, validation, and prototype management
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, manufacturing, transport, construction, and service teams to support market launch activities
