In Baking, part of Food & Beverage Biosolutions, we support customers across Europe with enzyme that improve quality, efficiency, and sustainability. We are now looking for a Student Assistant, Regional Marketing & Sales – Baking Europe to support our regional marketing team with hands-on execution, analysis, and coordination across European markets.

The role & your Impact

In this student role, you will contribute directly to the execution of regional marketing and sales activities supporting Baking Europe. Working closely with marketing and commercial colleagues across Europe, you will help create structure, transparency, and actionable insights that support daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Your key responsibilities in this role

  • Supporting the execution of regional marketing initiatives aligned with the European Baking strategy

  • Preparing market overviews, insight summaries, and competitive intelligence to support commercial decision-making

  • Supporting European sales teams by preparing and maintaining commercial materials such as presentations, value propositions, and customer overviews

  • Assisting with sales pipeline visibility and basic follow-up coordination across regions

  • Supporting data analysis, reporting, and the preparation of presentations and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint

  • Coordinating inputs across EU commercial team members and taking ownership of defined sub-projects and related administrative tasks

What you’ll need to be successful in this role

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you:

  • Are enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree or in the early stage of a Master’s degree (e.g. marketing, business administration, economics, or similar)

  • Have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with data

  • Are structured, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Work well both independently and in a team, taking responsibility for deliverables

  • Have solid MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Communicate fluently in written and spoken English

Working conditions

  • Part-time student position, approximately 15–20 hours per week

  • On-site work location in Lyngby

  • Working hours planned with flexibility to accommodate your studies
