As Associate Global Marketing Manager, you will join the Global Marketing team in Household Care (HHC), working across key commercial and strategic initiatives spanning both Emerging Markets and the MP&M (Medical, Professional & Microbial cleaning) area.
You will work closely with the Head of Emerging Markets and a team driving commercial growth, pricing, and strategic priorities across the HHC business.
The team operates as a commercial and strategic unit, collaborating closely with Regional Sales, Technical Service, R&D, and key customers across global markets. Together, we drive growth and advance more sustainable, biological cleaning solutions.
The Role & Your Impact
As Associate Global Marketing Manager, you will support and help drive global commercial and marketing activities through structured execution, analysis, and strong stakeholder collaboration. The role is primarily execution‑focused, with increasing responsibility over time and offers exposure to both internal stakeholders and commercial interactions with customers.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting and driving preparation for customer engagements, including development of presentations, insights, and commercial storylines
Conducting pricing, portfolio, and market analyses to support decision‑making and identify commercial opportunities
Maintaining and developing pipeline tracking, performance overviews, and transparency in commercial data
Supporting business development managers and global marketing managers in structuring projects and translating analysis into actionable recommendations
Taking ownership of selected focus areas (e.g. insights, claims, or customer programs) and driving continuous improvement
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
To succeed in this role, you combine strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset and the ability to work effectively across functions.
You bring a structured approach and attention to detail, along with curiosity and a strong desire to learn. You take initiative, show ownership, and thrive in collaborative environments where stakeholder engagement is key.
Required qualifications and experience:
Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a similar field
0–3 years of relevant experience, or a strong graduate profile
Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills
Interest in commercial topics such as pricing, portfolio management, and market dynamics
Ability to work with data and translate insights into clear, structured outputs
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Additional Skills & Interests We Value
Experience from B2B industries such as ingredients, chemicals, or FMCG
Exposure to pricing projects, portfolio optimization, or go‑to‑market strategy
Experience working with data analysis, business insights, or commercial environments
Interest in international markets, distributors, or customer‑facing work
