Job summary

This role is focused on leading the CRM and platform architecture for the Nordic region within a major pharmaceutical organization. The position involves a blend of technical expertise and business partnership, particularly in the migration from Veeva CRM to Salesforce CRM. The successful candidate will work closely with commercial and medical teams, ensuring that digital platforms align with business objectives and deliver value.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, especially Veeva CRM and Salesforce CRM.
  • Familiarity with Segmentation & Targeting, Call Planning, Incentive Calculations, Content Publishing, and SFE Analytics.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management within a complex organizational structure.
  • Proficiency in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with diverse teams across multiple countries.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Nordic languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Nordic markets.
  • Define and manage the CRM and platform roadmap, focusing on the transition to Salesforce CRM.
  • Oversee platform architecture to ensure it meets business needs and adheres to global IT standards.
  • Convert commercial and medical requirements into actionable use cases for global teams.
  • Promote user adoption through training and support initiatives.
  • Identify and implement innovative IT solutions, including AI and automation.
  • Ensure compliance and effective platform lifecycle management.
  • Advocate for Nordic requirements in global discussions.
  • Provide operational support, including troubleshooting and service desk coordination.
  • Develop business cases to support investment and improvement initiatives.

Education

Desirable Skills

  • Degree in a relevant field or certification in business analysis is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
  • Experience in a global organization.
  • Lean Sigma training or equivalent.
  • Background in mentoring or coaching others.
