Job summary

The role involves crafting high-quality, narrative-driven video content using generative AI workflows. The editor will manage the entire production process, from concept to final output, focusing on storytelling and visual coherence.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, with a strong portfolio showcasing AI-driven video work.
• Proficiency with AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse, as well as traditional editing software like Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines and techniques for maintaining consistency in AI-generated content.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while aligning with creative direction.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize scripts based on production needs and existing AI characters.
• Create narrative-driven longform video content, including explicit visuals, ensuring strong storytelling and atmosphere.
• Manage end-to-end AI video production workflows, including ideation, editing, and post-production.
• Develop consistent character appearance and scene continuity across narratives.
• Integrate motion graphics and color correction for cohesive final outputs.
• Experiment with new AI models and tools, sharing insights with the team.
• Continuously refine workflows for efficiency and quality.

Skills

• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, and cinematic language.
• Ability to iterate quickly and adapt to new tools and techniques.
• Comfortable working with explicit content and navigating ambiguity.

Education

• Relevant experience in video production or related fields is essential.
