The Content Manager will coordinate with freelance writers, proofreaders, and editors while managing workflows and maintaining quality across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for freelance writers, ensuring effective communication regarding assignments and deadlines.
• Maintain an up-to-date Asana board for task management and freelancer coordination.
• Conduct keyword research to identify content opportunities and tailor briefs for freelancers.
• Review content for factual accuracy, brand alignment, and readability before publication.
• Ensure smooth handoff of approved content to the Content Editor for timely publishing.
• Collaborate with the Content team on keyword priorities and address any quality issues with freelancers.
• Propose improvements to workflows and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
