Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of professional experience in behavior modification intervention services, or 1 year plus 12 semester units in applied behavior analysis, or Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst
  • Relevant ABA experience
  • Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Coach and support Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching and performance evaluations
  • Conduct home and community visits to ensure adherence to clinical programming
  • Provide individualized education to parents aligned with treatment goals
  • Monitor documentation quality and service utilization
  • Collaborate with Training and Operations teams
