Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Relevant experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in behavior modification services, or 1 year with additional coursework in ABA, or Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst status

Responsibilities

  • Coach and support Behavior Specialists through in-field guidance and performance evaluations
  • Conduct home and community visits to ensure adherence to clinical programming
  • Provide tailored parent education aligned with treatment objectives
  • Oversee documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization
  • Collaborate with Training and Operations teams to enhance service delivery
