Microsoft 365 & Copilot Specialist (IT, Remote)

Job summary

The role involves enhancing the utilization of Microsoft 365 products and AI tools within an organization. The specialist will lead technical projects and provide training to users on digital capabilities.

Qualifications

• Approximately two years of experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Purview, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
• Relevant educational background in IT, focusing on communication, application, and data management.
• Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead on the 'Digital Capabilities' project to improve user engagement with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Support development tasks in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
• Optimize IT processes using AI technologies.
• Manage SharePoint Online tenant and assist in maintaining the intranet.
• Create and maintain SharePoint project sites.
• Collaborate with the security team to set up Purview.
• Maintain user documentation, guides, and process descriptions.
