Medical Science Liaison (Pulmonary Disease, Remote, Nordic Region)

Job summary

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Pulmonary Disease will provide both reactive and proactive medical support for the IPF/PH-ILD business within the Infusion Business unit across Denmark, Norway, and potentially Finland. This role involves responding to medical inquiries and requests for early access to products while also engaging with external experts and planning activities based on a comprehensive medical plan.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Biomedical or Scientific fields (MSc, PhD, MD, PharmD preferred)
• Experience in medical practice, research, or pharmaceutical industry roles
• Proven track record as an MSL or medical advisor in a relevant field
• Fluent in local language and proficient in scientific English

Responsibilities

• Provide medical support for the Infusion Business unit and prioritized products
• Manage unsolicited requests for early access to products
• Answer medical inquiries and provide education and training
• Develop an expert understanding of IPF/PH-ILD disease areas and clinical guidelines
• Collaborate with the medical unit to achieve departmental objectives
• Identify local opportunities and implement scientific activities based on the medical plan

Education

• Post-graduate degree in a relevant scientific field preferred
