Job summary

The Mechanical Turnover Engineer will be responsible for developing digital and equipment test packs in accordance with the Project Digital Turnover strategy, ensuring adherence to safety and quality policies, and signing off on piping test packs for various testing activities. The role involves compiling system handover dossiers and recording field weld histories for inclusion in piping test packs.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of piping isometrics and P&IDs is essential.
  • Suitable for recent graduates in mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Develop digital and equipment test packs aligned with project strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Sign off on piping test packs for pre-test, pressure test, and post-test activities.
  • Record field weld histories for piping test packs.
  • Compile system handover dossiers.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of piping isometrics and P&IDs.

Education

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with digital turnover strategies and testing equipment.
