Job summary

The Master Data Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of master data to support business operations and initiatives. This role involves operational ownership and project management within the master data domain, contributing to transformation efforts and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in master data management, project management, or a related role.
• Familiarity with master data management concepts and data governance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, or business process systems such as SAP or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead initiatives to modernize master data processes and tools.
• Identify opportunities for improving master data creation, maintenance, and usage.
• Contribute to enterprise system implementations ensuring effective master data integration.
• Manage master data-related projects from planning through execution, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.
• Track project progress, mitigate risks, and communicate updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support governance efforts by enforcing standards and conducting data quality audits.
