About the role

Job summary

As a Data Engineer within the Marketing team, you will work collaboratively with marketers, business intelligence engineers, and analysts to develop scalable data solutions that meet business requirements. Your role will involve building and maintaining event-driven ETL/ELT pipelines to enhance lead management and marketing insights.

Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of experience in a Data Engineer or similar role
  • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT design and data modeling principles
  • Proficient in Python and SQL in production settings
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Attention to data quality and consistency

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and manage lead flow pipelines, ensuring reliability through monitoring and alerting
  • Develop internal tools and frameworks for marketing data ingestion and transformation
  • Structure clean, well-documented datasets to facilitate self-service analytics for dashboards and reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing analysts and stakeholders to convert business needs into effective data solutions
  • Create and maintain data models for tracking campaign performance, attribution, and customer segmentation

Skills

  • Experience with marketing data and attribution models is a plus
  • Knowledge of CI/CD workflows, version control (e.g., Git), and testing best practices
  • Familiarity with data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, Azure Data Factory)
  • Experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery)

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Tools

  • Python, SQL, cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP), data orchestration tools, modern data platforms
