Job summary

Seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead a production team in transitioning from batch production to a single piece workflow in a regulated medical environment. The role emphasizes lean principles, continuous improvement, and quality control while managing various production-related functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics/Mechatronics or significant production experience
• Over 5 years of experience in production, including leadership roles
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and FDA compliance is advantageous
• Proven track record in transformation, process improvement, and change management
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Fluent in English and Danish

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the production team
• Implement lean principles to enhance efficiency

• Oversee staff qualification, motivation, and recruitment
