Qualifications

• Certified Lean professional with a strong interest in digitalization and continuous improvement.
• Relevant academic background in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or similar fields.
• Several years of experience in Continuous Improvement and project management in manufacturing.
• Proficient in developing reports and dashboards using BI tools like Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) or Tableau.
• Understanding of database/query languages (e.g., SQL) is advantageous.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and engage with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN tools across manufacturing.
• Coach colleagues and support daily performance management.
• Enhance the site's performance management framework.
• Develop digital tools for performance monitoring.
