Job summary

Qualifications

• Over 6 years of developer experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within an agency or consulting setting, specifically in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong architectural and hands-on expertise in SFMC, including knowledge of Adstudio, Social Studio, and Einstein.
• Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and multiple programming languages.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to influence and articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong marketing domain knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of developers to deliver robust technical solutions in SFMC.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, translating client requirements into scalable solutions.
• Establish and maintain best practices for testing and optimizing client applications.
• Mentor junior and senior developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and innovative solutions.
