Manager, Cloud Infrastructure Engineering (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves leading an engineering team responsible for the infrastructure of a mission-critical SaaS platform in a fully remote environment. The position combines technical leadership with cloud expertise to build reliable, scalable, and secure systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading teams in building and operating production infrastructure for SaaS products.
• Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including scaling and reliability management.
• Familiarity with multiple major cloud providers and multi-cloud environments.
• Proven collaboration skills with senior engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership abilities, including coaching and team development.
• Understanding of AI applications in infrastructure engineering.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code, observability, and cloud cost optimization is a plus.
