Job summary

This role involves leading the Project Management Office (PMO) function within the Payroll Business Operations Team, focusing on global employment solutions. The position is fully remote, allowing for flexible scheduling across time zones.

Qualifications

• Over 6 years of experience in project management, implementations, or professional services within HR technology, fintech, or software sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with a keen analytical mindset and technical understanding of large-scale software systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for effective communication across teams.
• Experience with B2B SaaS technology partnerships is preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with remote work dynamics is a plus.
• Demonstrated capabilities in automation and AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integration architecture and implementation timelines for partners and customers.
• Create detailed implementation guides and oversee project schedules.
• Lead project meetings and ensure all requirements are met during onboarding processes.
• Identify project risks and coordinate with teams to mitigate them.
• Contribute to best practices and training materials for integration processes.
• Communicate project progress and delivery using reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance implementation processes.
• Foster teamwork and develop team members through coaching and mentoring.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with project management and reporting tools is essential.
