Maintenance & Operation Manager (Copenhagen)

Job summary

The Maintenance & Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and technical operation of solutions, including incident management, troubleshooting, and service readiness. This role involves leading maintenance concepts and ensuring operational readiness post-delivery.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience in maintenance planning, O&M transition, service/warranty setup, and operational handover.
• Experience in operations, maintenance engineering, or asset management within rail, telecoms, electrical, control, or IT/OT systems.
• Strong understanding of maintainability, asset data, and operational readiness.
• Ability to manage stress during handover and warranty readiness phases.

Responsibilities

• Define maintenance strategies, philosophies, and support arrangements.
• Review design inputs related to maintainability and diagnostics.
• Coordinate workflows and support needs for operators and maintainers.
• Lead the transition of resources and knowledge into the O&M organization.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and company policies.

• Resilience in managing late documentation and handover challenges.
• Ability to bridge communication between project teams and O&M organizations.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related field.
