Maintenance Management System Work Package Leader (Engineering, Copenhagen)

Job summary

The Maintenance Management System Work Package Leader is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and technical operations of the system, ensuring effective monitoring, incident management, and service readiness. This role involves leading subsystem design, managing requirements, and coordinating various testing and integration processes.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience in work package leadership or senior system engineering relevant to maintenance management systems.
• Proven ability to manage suppliers and technical interfaces throughout the lifecycle of projects.
• Strong understanding of requirements, configuration, installation, and testing dependencies.
• Resilience in high-pressure situations, particularly during supplier delays and integration challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own the scope, schedule, budget inputs, risks, and milestones related to the maintenance management system.
• Ensure all documentation, including requirements and design outputs, is complete and traceable.
• Manage technical decisions and interfaces related to asset management and maintenance processes.
• Coordinate factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and defect resolution efforts.
• Report on progress, blockers, and readiness status to project governance.
