Specialist, Change Management

Your new role
In this role, you will lead change management across enterprise strategic projects, driving adoption, smooth transitions, and organizational transformation through effective communication and stakeholder engagement within an aligned approach that support business readiness and long-term success.

You will join Lundbeck’s People, Culture & Sustainability in the Organizational Development and Change Management CoE, reporting to Lisa Viklund. You will become part of a diverse, collaborative, and passionate team where different perspectives and experiences are valued as key drivers of innovation and progress.
