Legal Operations Manager (Remote, EMEA)

Job summary

The role involves managing legal operations within a newly established Compliance, Tax & Legal Operations function, focusing on commercial contracting and supporting global business activities across various jurisdictions in EMEA/CEEMEA.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a Danish University.
• Strong drafting skills in various legal areas, including marketing, procurement, and sales.
• Background in Danish contract law and experience in an in-house legal function or law firm.
• Understanding of international contract law, with experience supporting European legal matters.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with non-legal stakeholders.
• Curiosity about legal tech and AI solutions for contract work.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts across legal areas and jurisdictions.
• Ensure legal accuracy and compliance with corporate policies and internal standards.
• Act as a point of contact for privacy-related contractual matters and Danish/international contract law.
• Communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
• Support the standardization of contracting processes and contribute to playbooks and negotiation guides.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and legal ops process optimization.

Skills
