Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage legal documents and maintain accurate records of contracts
• Conduct legal research and provide timely legal advice to stakeholders
• Revise corporate contract templates and internal policies
• Address compliance matters, including export/import regulations and privacy laws
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including distribution and sales agreements
