Lead User Researcher

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing user research practices to support product development and sustainability initiatives. The Lead User Researcher will work closely with Product Owners and teams to translate user insights into actionable strategies that drive user-centered product decisions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a Lead Researcher or similar position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Empathetic with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
• Team-oriented with a passion for mentoring colleagues.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Product Owners with insights to develop sustainable, user-centric product strategies.
• Connect user insights with internal knowledge and data to support product teams.
• Advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Designers and stakeholders to integrate research findings into product solutions.
• Conduct research in the professional services sector, addressing project-based work challenges.
